The Nasdaq Composite has turned lower. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell more than 2%. Among its constituents, Broadcom dropped over 5%, Intel and AMD lost more than 4%, ASML Holding NV declined nearly 2%, and NVIDIA slipped 0.8%.
