At the ninth China International Import Expo, more than one hundred global new products made their debut at the Tmall Global booth, simultaneously launching on Tmall Double 11.

AI has become a new highlight of this year's consumption, with Tmall Double 11 bringing Token into livestreaming rooms for the first time. Global trendsetting smart devices such as Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses, Oura smart rings, and Fitbit Air smart bands also made their synchronized debut at the CIIE and on Tmall Double 11.

Meanwhile, Tmall Global disclosed the interim progress of its "Global Traceability Initiative" at the CIIE. As of now, more than 50 global brands have joined the initiative. The platform has partnered with over 300 overseas influencers to conduct on-site traceability verification for brands across 13 countries and regions, presenting product origins and overseas circulation information in a visual manner to provide consumers with reliable references for purchasing imported goods.

Tmall Global launched the "Global Traceability Initiative" in May this year, expanding its coverage from nutrition and health, maternal and infant, and food categories to fashion, beauty, and other sectors, progressively promoting greater transparency in imported product information. The platform strictly verifies certificates of origin, free circulation certificates or market approval certificates, as well as visual proof of genuine overseas circulation. On this basis, it documents brands' real overseas circulation through on-site factory visits, store visits, home visits, and street interviews, recording their situations from multiple perspectives and scenarios.

Data shows that among brands participating in the "Global Traceability Initiative," more than half have achieved double-digit year-on-year growth in transaction value on Tmall Double 11. In addition, over one hundred global new products were showcased at this CIIE and simultaneously went on sale on Tmall Double 11. New products such as Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses and Oura smart rings are entering the daily lives of Chinese consumers through Tmall Global, connecting global innovation trends with Chinese consumer demand.

Tmall Global data shows that nearly 1,800 new brands opened stores on the platform over the past year, and more than 1,300 imported brands participated in Tmall Double 11 for the first time. New merchants such as Hong Kong Disneyland, gaming brand Nintendo, and South Korea's largest convenience store brand CU also appeared at this CIIE.
