Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) issued 47,692 new shares at SG$0.065 each following the conversion of SG$3,100 in principal amount of convertible bonds, according to a Thursday Singapore Exchange filing.
The new shares will begin trading on the SGX Mainboard on Aug. 20.
