Muyuan Foods (SHE:002714, HKG:2714) completed the issuance of 1 billion yuan of short-term bonds, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The bonds have a term of 270 days and an interest rate of 1.70%. The bonds are the first tranche of its rural revitalization bond program.
Bank of China (HKG:3988, SHA:601988) is the lead underwriter, with Industrial Bank (SHA:601166), China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668), China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939), and CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) as the joint lead underwriters.
