ISE Labs, a subsidiary of ASE Technology (TPE:3711), has agreed to buy a building in San Jose, U.S.A, for around $30 million, according to a filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
Under the pact, the company will acquire an area of 80,472 square feet at a unit price of $366.92 per square foot.
The acquired building will be used to facilitate the ISE's future production expansion plans.
