Apollo Minerals (ASX:AON) said the Administrative Court of Toulouse in France declared the interim suspension of a letter from the Directorate General for Energy and Climate was void, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The letter confirmed the validity of the Couflens exploration permit. The application brought by an association of non-government organizations seeking the suspension of the letter was rejected.
The association is understood to have filed a separate application, and Apollo Minerals has a 15-day period to appeal the administrative court's order.
Its shares rose 10% in recent trading on Friday.
