Jenkonglai (SET:JPARK) plans to establish a new subsidiary focused on advisory services and investment, according to a Thursday filing with the Thailand Exchange.
The parking management operator expects to incorporate the new unit by September, with registered capital of up to 10 million baht, the filing said.
The new unit aims to expand business channels and increase revenue sources.
Shares of the parking management company rose 1% in recent trade.
