Renewable energy company SAAM Development (SET:SAAM) has invested 2 million baht for a 100% stake in Eco Commerce Company, according to a Thursday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
The company will acquire 20,000 ordinary shares of Eco Commerce Company of 100 baht each from the existing shareholders.
The acquisition is aimed at helping the company to immediately generate new recurring income.
