SPCG (SET:SPCG) appointed senior executive vice president for accounting and finance Wutthichai Tankuranand as chief financial officer of the company with effect from Thursday, according to a same-day filing with the Thailand stock exchange.
The company's shares were down over 3% in Friday's trade.
He takes over from Yuttapong Artharn, who stepped down as CFO on Thursday.
