DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) appointed Simon Mitchell and Ralph Goninan as co-heads, effective Friday, with Interim CEO Chris Maher stepping down from his role, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

The company said Mitchell and Goninan will retain their respective roles as CFO and chief development officer.
