Amata to Exit Entire 51% Stake in AMATA KWEG Education

Amata (SET:AMATA) will sell its entire 51% stake in AMATA KWEG Education to Wisan Wanasaksrisakul for 53,550 Thai baht, according to a Thursday Thailand Exchange filing.

The disposal will reduce administrative costs and improve investment management efficiency.

Following completion, AMATA KWEG Education will no longer be a subsidiary of Amata.

Shares of the industrial estate developer rose 1% in recent trade.
