NutryFarm International (SGX:AZT) said some shareholders are seeking to convene a special general meeting on Nov. 13, as disagreements over information requests continue to hinder the company's investigation, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore bourse.
The company said the requisitioning shareholders had largely not answered substantive queries raised by the board.
The outstanding information was necessary for its investigation, and NutryFarm expressed concern that the dispute could impede its proposal to resume trading.
The company is seeking legal advice on the meeting's validity and said trading in its securities has been voluntarily suspended since April 2022.
