SpaceX −13.61% Wednesday, post-earnings selling amplified by the lockup ahead of it, and one of the Nasdaq's biggest drags. Musk raised the stakes into the slide, saying annual revenue could reach $1 trillion sooner than planned. The market was looking past that: up to ~911.5 million insider and employee shares — 20% of the unlockable total — turn sellable today. Prediction markets put roughly 18% odds on a Tesla-SpaceX merger being announced in 2026. Narrative expanding, supply arriving. Only the first post-lockup print matters?

    elon musk is a man with plenty of words but no substance

      if you actually read tesla's cash flow and income statements last year you would see there is negative free cash flow. his companies are all overvalued and thats how he is a trillionaire. he doesnt have cash, only assets that are valued high

      I dont think he's just air. his companies do produce a lot of results at a scale that most people. maybe he didn't really do everything personally or come up with the ideas, but being at the top at leading all these bright minds is no easy task
