Apple is set to release its Q3 FY2026 earnings report after the market closes this Thursday. According to analyst forecasts, Apple’s revenue for Q3 FY2026 is expected to reach $108.853 billion, adjusted earnings per share are projected to reach $1.886.

In terms of valuation, Apple’s current price-to-earnings ratio stands at 40.74, placing it at a relatively high level compared with the past five years.

Apple's revenue is primarily generated from two major business segments: Services and Products. The Products segment, which includes iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Wearables, Home & Accessories, remains the dominant contributor to revenue. Among these, iPhone continues to be Apple’s largest revenue source, with sales expected to grow 20.22% year over year in the third fiscal quarter.

Notably, Apple’s market capitalization surpassed $5 trillion for the first time on Tuesday local time, making it the second company in the world to reach this milestone. Meanwhile, reports indicate that Apple is preparing to re-enter the smart home market with new devices and software, seeking additional growth opportunities. However, surging demand for AI memory chips has pushed up component costs, forcing Apple to raise prices for MacBook and iPad products. The impact on consumer demand and profit margins remains to be seen.
