July was the worst month on record for $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ , at least in terms of the stock price. Behind that, the business kept moving forward. During that same month, they completed the VICTUS HAZE mission, landed a $266M Space Force contract, secured 12 missile defense launches, added Launch Complex 4 in Alaska, booked three more iQPS missions, entered a $981M Space Force contract pool, and announced an $8B Iridium deal. The stock fell apart, but the company delivered. That gap is exactly why long-term investors pay attention. Markets tend to focus on near-term price moves, but companies are built over years. Rocket Lab is still expanding across launch services, space systems, defense contracts, and satellite infrastructure. When fundamentals keep improving, volatility creates opportunities. That is why I opened a position in RKLB. It feels like the market might be overlooking what Rocket Lab is actually building right now.
