$Circle Internet Corp.(CRCL)$ has just reported an adjusted EPS of USD 0.18, fully satisfying Wall Street expectations. However its total revenue and reserve income climbed 7% year over year to USD 701.3 million, marginally missing the optimistic USD 717.5 million analyst estimate.
Despite Circle achieving operational milestone, its stock sank 4% to trade around USD 60.70, pushed down by fearful investors.
There is no real bubble to squeeze as Circle has already shed significant value from its peak of USD 189.92.
While the broader digital asset market capitalisation plummeted by 40% year over year, Circle managed to expand its active USDC circulation by 19%.
Wall Street is also ignoring the fact that Circle has set in a launch date of September 16 for Arc Mainnet. This is a big runway into developer services and later 1 blockchain.
I believe Circle is oversold and undervalued. It is time to go bargain hunting.
