CoreWeave is set to release its Q2 earnings report after the market closes this Tuesday. According to analyst forecasts, CoreWeave’s revenue for the second quarter of 2026 is expected to reach $2.563 billion, representing a 161.1% year-over-year increase, while adjusted earnings per share (EPS) is projected at -$1.199. $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$

In terms of valuation, CoreWeave’s current price-to-sales ratio stands at 7.5, placing it at a relatively low level compared with the past two years.

CoreWeave revealed plans to expand its AI cloud platform partnership with IMC and signed a multi-year agreement with storage supplier Solidigm. Meanwhile, CoreWeave plans to invest billions of dollars to enter the Asian market, including the construction of three data centers in Indonesia. Notably, investment bank Piper Sandler initiated coverage of CoreWeave with an Overweight rating and a $151 price target.
