I really dislike when women act coquettish toward men at work to get what they want. So it stung when someone told me I do the same thing, something I completely disagree with.
When I asked my boss about it, he agreed that he's seen me do it sometimes.
But when I pushed him for concrete examples, he brushed it off with a 'nevermind' and quickly changed the subject.
I know who I am at work.
I'm independent, assertive, and use humor, though I can occasionally have a hot temper under pressure. That feedback just doesn't match my reality.
