$Sheng Siong(OV8.SI)$ đđđI invest in Sheng Siong because it is more than just a supermarket stock. It is the quiet, reliable heartbeat of Singapore's heartlands.
While the rest of the market chases noisy hype and speculative bubbles, Sheng Siong quietly goes to work by delivering great earnings, growing revenue to SGD 1.6 billion and net profit to SGD 149.2 million. It does this by feeding neighbourhoods with honest everyday value and treating their staff well.
Sheng Siong is the kind of stock that I would like to hold forever.
