Growth was supported by higher realised metal prices and operational progress, including the completion of the Mantoverde sulphide concentrator tie-in.
Capstone Copper (ASX:CSC) achieved an adjusted EBITDA of US$358.3 million in the third quarter as total revenue grew 19% year-over-year to US$712 million.
The financial performance represents an eighth straight quarter of record adjusted EBITDA, comparing favourably against US$249.2 million generated in Q3 2025 due to a realised copper price of US$6.61 per pound.
“We completed the sulphide concentrator tie-in for our Mantoverde Optimised Project, entered into a definitive agreement to divest Cozamin, which will optimise our portfolio and further strengthen our balance sheet, and continued to consolidate the world-class Mantoverde-Santo Domingo district with the acquisition of San Pietro,” said Capstone Copper President and CEO Cashel Meagher.
Net income attributable to shareholders stood at US$98.5 million or US$0.13 per share, while adjusted net income was US$93.8 million or US$0.12 per share following non-recurring adjustments.
The company stated that year-to-date free cash flow from operations reached approximately US$279 million, which contributed to a reduction in net debt leverage.
Following the announcement, the Capstone Copper share price was down at $12.02.
The producer continues to advance its organic growth pipeline through portfolio optimisation and the integration of regional consolidation opportunities.
