Kingsmen Creatives (SGX:5MZ) said the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) has completed and closed its review of the company's compliance after the data breach incident in May 2025, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
The company's shares were down 1% in Friday's trade.
The PDPC has accepted a voluntary undertaking from the company to improve its compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
