Federal International (2000) Unit to Collaborate on Renewable Energy Projects

Federal International (2000) (SGX:BDU) subsidiary, Federal Hardware Engineering, signed binding heads of terms with HBA Offshore International to collaborate on offshore renewable energy projects, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
According to the energy infrastructure and engineering company, the agreement sets up a framework for the two parties to jointly bid for and execute offshore renewable energy projects.
HBA specializes in engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance services for offshore oil and gas and renewable energy facilities.
