Infomina Am to Acquire 51% Stake in Blue Fortress for MYR25.5 Million

Infomina Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infomina (KLSE:INFOM) has agreed to acquire a 51% stake in technology company Blue Fortress for 25.5 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.
The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Thursday's trade.
The company will acquire a total of 102,000 ordinary shares from Luke Shu Ern Huong, Seu Nga @ Peter Shu, Tan Chin Moy and Yap Sin Hoe.
The acquisition is aimed at expanding the company's enterprise technology ecosystem by adding specialized cybersecurity and digital trust capabilities to complement its existing strengths in digital transformation, data and artificial intelligence-
enabled solutions.
