Spark New Zealand (NZE:SPK, ASX:SPK) was the best performer in the sector, rising past 7%.
The dual-listed telecommunications and digital services company on Thursday reported NZ$0.119 in adjusted earnings per share for fiscal 2026, compared with NZ$0.123 a year ago.
Meanwhile, the industrial services sector fell 4%.
Ventia Services Group (NZE:VNT, ASX:VNT) shares fell 3% in recent trade.
