Forrestania Resources Now Holds 56.92% Voting Power in Zenith Minerals

Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) received acceptances giving it a voting power of 56.92% in Zenith Minerals' (ASX:ZNC) shares, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
This aggregate holding includes 52.34% from acceptances received before Aug. 2 and 4.58% from acceptances received after the Takeovers Panel's interim orders on Aug. 2.
Forrestania added that it clarified with the Takeovers Panel that its interim orders do not prevent Forrestania from reporting its relevant interest in Zenith. It is prevented from declaring the offer free from defeating conditions pursuant to the interim orders.
