Betely Polymer Materials' Retail Portion of Shenzhen Listing Oversubscribed More Than 10,000 Times

Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials (SHE:301697) saw the retail portion of its Shenzhen listing oversubscribed around 10,152.87 times, according to a bourse filing late Monday.
The retail offering drew about 14.6 million valid online subscription orders applying for 140.1 billion shares out of the 13.8 million shares allocated in the online portion.
The Chinese electronic materials maker sold 65.7 million shares, representing 25% of its post-IPO share capital, at 12.10 yuan apiece, raising about 795.0 million yuan in gross proceeds.
