AI OKTO (AIOK) said Friday it has struck a deal to sell its LPG carrier Dream Arrax to Robin Energy (RBNE) for $18 million.
Shares soared 138%, with intraday trading volume catapulting to over 33.7 million from a daily average of about 65,000. Robin shares were down about 3.5%.
Bolt Biotherapeutics (BOLT) said Friday it has acquired Prana Therapies to advance Prana's pipeline of half-life-extended multi-specific antibodies. The company also reported a private placement of $120 million in upfront financing.

RingCentral (RNG) shares rose 7% after the company late Thursday reported higher Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue and lifted its 2026 guidance.
