Pharvaris' (PHVS) recent share price pullback presents an attractive entry point ahead of 2027 regulatory milestones, BofA Securities said in a note Friday.
The company is developing deucrictibant, an oral drug designed to both treat hereditary angioedema attacks as they occur and prevent them, the BofA analysts said. If successful, Pharvaris would be the only company offering oral treatments for both uses, the analysts said.
Pharvaris shares have fallen since positive phase 3 prevention results in September, but the decline does not reflect a change in the company's fundamentals, the analyst added.
BofA also said feedback from key opinion leaders remains positive, and with successful phase 3 results in both treatment and prevention, "we see an attractive entry point ahead of 2027 regulatory catalysts."
BofA upgraded Pharvaris to buy from neutral while maintaining its $44 price target.
