$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ LITE just posted fiscal Q4 2026 earnings. Non-GAAP net income came in at $326.3 million on revenue of $1.01 billion, up 109% year-over-year. That's a blowout quarter. The GAAP noise around equitization of certain convertible notes used for debt extinguishment seems to be confusing some people. It doesn't really change the core numbers here.
$Micron Technology(MU)$ $SK hynix(SKHY)$ $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ $iShares Semiconductor ETF(SOXX)$ If we keep printing 5%+ GDP, employment data keeps improving, productivity keeps improving thanks to AI, and inflation comes in better than expected despite elevated energy prices — at some point that consumer is going to stop complaining about everything and go back to their regular weekend shopping binge. That's the historically cyclical part of memory. It would be consumers out buying new laptops and cellphones, replacing their average 13 year old cars. Consumers have been in this hunkering posture over t
$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ Managed to score a few steak dinners overnight. Appreciate the bulls for that. Now I'm just waiting for the realization to set in and for chips to fall again as they should. After all, SOXL went straight up on mixed to pretty poor forward guidance and meh earnings. Maybe they push higher and give me another chance to take their lunch money. I'll be watching.
$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ Holding the key support zone ahead of SPCX earnings. The chart is showing some encouraging strength, with buyers stepping in where they need to. That said, I'm not fully risk-on yet. RKLB still has more work to do before confirming a stronger trend reversal. For now, I'm watching how price reacts around support and whether this strength can continue into the upcoming catalyst.
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ Once the panic and insider selling clear out, I plan to pick up a lot of shares in the second week of August. If this runs to 300 bucks, it should be easy money. Until then, bears and shorts can keep telling their jokes. Only a few more weeks for the noise to fade. $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$
$Corning(GLW)$ Mark this post. Once people understand the difference between scaling up and scaling out, they'll realize the real move hasn't even started yet. Every existing rack is going to be replaced in a scale-up cycle. Wendell mentioned on the call that he couldn't comment because the technology is locked under NDA and confidential. $500 is my 5-year price target.
$Corning(GLW)$ That growth forecast from 2026Q4 through 2030 looks like one of the best setups out there, following a GEV trajectory. I'm just going to keep adding and then forget about it for a while. Hope it works out nicely down the road.
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ Someone bought a weekly 107 put earlier today, likely expecting the stock to slip below 110 by midday. That didn't age well. I actually feel a bit sorry for that investor.
