$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ We have been down this road many times over the years. Bond yields have popped the AI bubble for a while. Valuations have been stretched for several quarters. Let them all pull back to levels the important money is willing to buy at and we will be fine. These pullbacks always set up the next leg higher. It might take another 18 months, but the 600s will be the norm sometime in 2028. To hit 1000 by 2030, we would need another AI surge like the one we just came from. EPS is not set up for 1000 unless valuations get out of control again. Let's hope they keep the momentum going with all the cross-ownership among these companies. Excessive CAPEX spending will need to continue. China is doing their thing and US companies can't let off the accelerator right now. The unknowns are what additional partners AMD gets into business with and what other companies they acquire. A lot can happen over the next 3.5 years. AI and Automation are too big to fail.
