Replying to @dong123:Fair on SGA, but look at the Barber Lake extension: 20-yr lease locked in with a top AI lab taking contracted revenue to $9B+. Securing elevated rates 10 yrs in advance isn't something competitors are doing. If execution hits through 2027, top-line growth easily absorbs that overhead.//@dong123:Execution quality can be modeled though. If SG&A has been growing faster than revenue, the “right people” story may already be showing up as cost before occupancy does

$CIFR CALENDAR 260925/261009 PUT 19.0/PUT 19.0$ $CIFR CALENDAR 260925/261009 PUT 19.0/PUT 19.0$ 1️⃣ Why am I making this trade now? Rolled puts again, always forgetting to close these orders. Prices should be backtesting support levels here at around 18.2. Im firmly bullish here on CIFR, given the data centre rollout is still in it's early stages and skepticism about CIFR still being high is where the edge / surprise lies. Believe that they have the execution strength and having the right people in the right place is something that cannot be put into numbers/ or any valuation metrics. 2️⃣ What’s my plan from here? Few points I would be looking out for: 📅 Upcoming AI Milestones Barber Lake commissioning updates Stingray construction progress for 2027 delivery Tenant scaling and facility occupancy metrics ⚡ Power & Infrastructure Natural-gas lateral pipeline developments for on-site power ERCOT queue progress for the 900 MW Apollo site Grid connection milestones toward the 4.4 GW target 📊 Financial Execution Revenue growth from new high-performance computing leases Net operating income ramp toward 2027 targets Quarterly earnings reports tracking transition and interest costs ⚠️ Market & Valuation Risks High price-to-sales multiple sensitivity to sector sentiment Bitcoin price swings impacting baseline mining cash flow Project delays or unexpected construction cost increases

The 20-year lease matters more than the headline $9B for me. Locking in a top AI tenant that far out says the demand curve is real, not just management optimism.
