Neo-Concept International Group Holdings Limited has called an annual general meeting of shareholders for September 28, 2026, in Hong Kong to present audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 and the accompanying directors’ and auditors’ reports. 

The meeting will also consider a special resolution to replace the current Second Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association with a Third Amended and Restated version, adopted as the New M&A, which restructures shareholder rights and governance.

Apple shares “are at a crossroads,” declared Rosenblatt analyst Barton Crockett in a Tuesday note to clients, hypothesizing Apple may have lost its “luster” on Wall Street following its sunsetting of its electric vehicle project and the “uninspiring” launch of its Vision Pro mixed reality headset.
