$Apple(AAPL)$ Some of those reports have to be phony. There have always been Apple haters and people spreading rumors. At the same time, when people get the earliest versions of new technology, there are always going to be some problems. You hope a company like Apple will stand by their product and fix them, and I have no reason to believe that won't be the case. I've been an early adopter with musical instruments since the 80s. When new tech came along, I always wanted the new instruments, and they always came with some issues. Those got worked through and corrected by the companies. I learned to live with that as an early adopter. There's no reason to believe Apple won't fully stand behind the products they sell.
