So $Modine Manufacturing(MOD)$ is a classic example of beneficiary of the AI boom. So much so that their forward PE is at 19 now. They manufacture cooling systems for data centers. But with the revaluation of the whole AI ecosystem over the past three weeks, and a prediction for tighter policy controls over AI development and improvement, I do see more headwinds coming than relief for any high flying stocks previously.
This author reinterate his thesis of a buy rating for this stock. However, I will argue that it broke multiple key support levels now, so in order to consider a possible rebound, it needs to display meaningful upside move before I even consider a long position. The haemorrhage is not done yet.[Spurting]
