Amazon reported AWS’s fastest expansion in nearly five years, but its shares fell as capital spending drove free cash flow deeply negative. Intel’s quarterly profit beat was overwhelmed by a weak forecast. Sandisk also slipped despite strong earnings and an 8-for-1 stock split announcement. Reddit plunged on slowing search traffic, while Eli Lilly rallied as demand for its weight-loss drugs continued to surge
A for Amazon. it is a good company, just that recent Capex is very high due to investment in AI infrastructure. It's future contracts are promising, believe it turn to positive free cash flow in 2027.
A for AMZN, Amazon still earning tons of money. I only buy company with PE below 20. No matter how good a company, don’t over pay the price. Amazon is the strongest company among the list. I want stock drop to 0.01 so I can own Amazon, every year collect $77 Billion. Isn’t it good?
Three names beat revenue but then fell with only one rally. Market pricing has moved from optimistic regarding AI potential to scrutiny of free cash flow. Please be careful out there.

My Pick: A. AMZN This pull-back looks like a healthy pause in a broader AI structural cycle rather than a fundamental trend reversal. While heavy AI capital expenditures and conservative near-term guidance sparked profit-taking across the sector, the underlying secular growth drivers remain firmly intact. Among the three, Amazon (AMZN) presents the most compelling long-term risk-reward entry. AWS growth continues to accelerate as enterprise workloads migrate to the cloud and AI adoption scales. Furthermore, Amazon’s core retail and ad businesses provide massive cash flow resilience to support its high strategic investments. Intel (INTC) still faces lingering execution challenges and a drawn-out recovery timeline, while Sandisk (SNDK) carries higher cyclical volatility tied to stora

Thursday’s earnings showed that rapid AI growth no longer guarantees a positive stock reaction. [Earnings Recap] Google Sinks 10%, Microsoft Rallies. Why?
Google and Microsoft are spending billions to compete in AI, but Wall Street delivered two very different verdicts. Alphabet plunged more than 10% after hours, despite Google Cloud revenue doubling. Microsoft, meanwhile, rallied as Azure growth accelerated and cash flow beat expectations. Vertiv surged nearly 17% on booming data-center demand, while ServiceNow tumbled about 18% despite growing AI bookings. $Alphabet(GOOG)$$Alphabet(GOOGL)$$Microsoft(MSFT)$$Vertiv Holdings LLC(VRT)$$ServiceNow(NOW)$$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ Down more than 1
[Stock Prediction] SK Hynix Soars After Earnings. Is SanDisk Next?
The memory-chip rally just got another major boost. SK hynix delivered a blockbuster quarter, with revenue surging 328% year over year and operating profit jumping 632% to record highs. Investors cheered the results, sending the stock nearly 11% higher in South Korea and 13.3% higher in U.S. trading. $SK hynix(SKHY)$ The numbers reinforced a powerful theme on Wall Street: AI infrastructure spending is driving extraordinary demand for memory, while tighter supply is giving chipmakers more pricing power. $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ is set to report its fiscal first-quarter results after the U.S. market closes on October 29.Can it deliver a strong enough outlook to keep the rally going? What SK Hynix's Earnings Te
A. AMZN, but I would not rush to catch the first dip. AWS growing around 39% suggests the underlying AI/cloud demand story remains strong. My concern is the other side of the equation: enormous infrastructure spending and deteriorating free cash flow. I would want evidence that AWS growth can eventually outrun the capex required to support it. I am less tempted by INTC because its weak forward guidance points to an operating problem rather than simply market disappointment. SNDK has excellent AI-storage momentum, but after such a huge run this year, strong results may already be heavily priced in. I do not think the AI rally is necessarily running out of steam. The market is becoming more selective. Earlier, AI revenue growth itself was enough. Now investors increasingly want AI growth +

My Pick: D. None — I'd wait for a better entry. The latest earnings season reveals an important shift: Wall Street is no longer rewarding AI growth blindly. It wants proof that massive investments can generate sustainable profits and free cash flow. Amazon is a perfect example. AWS revenue surged 39.3%, but trailing 12-month free cash flow turned negative by $42.4 billion. Investors are questioning the cost of maintaining that growth. Intel faces execution and guidance challenges. Sandisk has impressive earnings, but after a 460% rally, even excellent results may not justify further upside. I wouldn't rush to buy these dips. The AI boom isn't necessarily ending; expectations may simply have outrun financial returns. My strategy: Protect capital, wait for valuations to reset, and buy compan
My pick: C, between -5% and +5%. I am bullish on the NAND cycle, but less bullish on the immediate stock reaction. SK hynix confirms that AI infrastructure demand and memory pricing are exceptionally strong, which should be favourable for SanDisk’s enterprise SSD business and margins. The problem is expectations. After the huge run in memory stocks, a normal beat may no longer be enough. I think investors will care more about forward NAND pricing, enterprise SSD growth and margin guidance than headline EPS. For another major leg higher, SanDisk needs to show that AI storage demand is broadening while supply remains disciplined. If management signals that pricing and margins can keep improving into 2027, I would become more bullish. Great earnings are expected now. The real surprise would
C. Prefer Microsoft for now. Google Cloud doubling is impressive, so I would not interpret Alphabet’s fall as evidence that its AI strategy has failed. The concern is the gap between AI growth and cash returns. With capex surging and quarterly FCF turning negative, Alphabet still needs to demonstrate that this investment produces sufficient incremental cash flow. Microsoft currently gives a clearer picture: strong Azure growth while still generating substantial FCF despite heavy capex. That makes the AI investment cycle easier to justify. I would keep GOOGL on the watchlist rather than automatically buy a 10% dip. If Cloud maintains strong growth while capex growth moderates and FCF recovers, the risk-reward becomes much more attractive. Great AI demand is not enough. Eventually, AI has t
