Genting RWS has to revamp the whole place, make it a disney-like or wonderland that really impress and create a unique experience for the visitors. Memory price increase so much.  Will china or other countries increase production too, just like the face mark price last time during beginning of covid? Instead of chasing hype,  it is better focus on long term dividend growth stocks..
