SK has $65 billion in cash, not counting cash not reported yet for this past quarter. That will make a sizeable dent in planned capex, leave $25 billion for dividends and another $25 billion in buybacks. Maybe a lot more.

Europe has rioting across multiple cities, with serious looting in Milan and heavy damage in Paris. The Middle East remains a mess with the wars, missiles, and drones. All of that could keep pushing money toward the American safe haven.
