Elon holds more SpaceX, and he's incentivized to have SpaceX market cap far outweigh Tesla's in a merger. The bigger the difference, the more voting control he retains. The lower the price for Tesla, the higher a completed merger has to run. It's unfortunate for $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  long-time holders, but the reality is Elon can walk away from Tesla and the stock price could drop 50-80% in a day. For that reason, Tesla should accept any terms offered before it gets ugly because, if needed, Elon could acquire for pennies on the dollar. A 20-30% premium is nuts. Just call it 0% prem

Zone: $339.10 to $343.90 Invalidation: close under $336 Objectives: $355, then $371 The math: up 4.0% to the first objective and 8.6% to the second, against 1.6% risk on the invalidation, better than 5 to 1 to the second. The setup looks like a big ship that has been sitting in a harbor between $337 and $355 for weeks, waiting for a reason to move. Alphabet reports earnings on October 28, and that report is the reason, because Cloud growth and Search will tell everyone whether this range was quiet building or quiet doubt. $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Nvidia reportedly holds 47.2 million CoreWeave shares, representing approximately 10% ownership. This looks like more than a commercial partnership. Nvidia has significant financial exposure to CoreWeave's long-term success, while CoreWeave remains a major purchaser of Nvidia GPUs and a critical AI infrastructure provider serving customers including Meta. Despite recent selling pressure, analyst Tal Liani maintains his $140 price target, arguing that the decline is largely sentiment-driven rather than evidence of deteriorating fundamentals. $BlackBerry(BB)$ This was the obvious loading zone. That's why I kept saying we would retest under $8 again because of those 4H wicks. Now we break out over $8.50 and run back over $10 soon. Long term this will pull a move like $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$  did from 2015. Too many big name partnerships with this one like AMD, $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ , $Qualcomm(QCOM)$ , along with nearly all car manufacturers. Those of us who loaded in the $2 - $4 range know the dips to add on.

$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$  Seems like money is rotating out of high-value names into value stocks like Google. Kind of wild that Google is now viewed as a value play, even with double-digit growth.

$TeraWulf Inc.(WULF)$ Revenue growth here is already locked in, with guaranteed payments coming from GOOG. Just takes patience at this point.

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ Fed said no rate hike. SPY could push toward 780 tonight.

$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$ It might need some more time before moving higher. Another drop toward $300 doesn't seem out of the question, in my view.

$Alphabet(GOOG)$  Earnings season could bring renewed attention to banking and streaming stocks, and $Netflix(NFLX)$  is firmly on my radar. Netflix reports October 20, and the setup heading into the print could create a strong momentum opportunity if buyers step in early.
