$Alphabet(GOOG)$ AI investments are starting to show exponential results. This is the future, and it's a paradigm shift that will keep changing the world as we know it. The flying car stood out to me, along with Google's Gemini and the new AI Assistant.
$Eos Energy Enterprises Inc.(EOSE)$ 1.70EOSE at $1.70 per share is a rare gift. Moving to Thorn Hill is the solution to most of the issues suppressing their stock. But how often does a $1.70 stock have $800 million in backlog as well as a $24 billion pipeline? Also, their preliminary disclosures have been very accurate compared to the ERs released weeks later. And they have a solid plan that they're executing as they switch all production to their new efficient Thorn Hill facility, which will soon produce 24 hours a day. Once it's producing around the clock, the much higher scale will cause margins to improve a ton more than they already have for each of the past 8 quarters. Then profitability is soon achieved. This is a very clear road map,
$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Another round of analyst updates following the previous day's coverage. UBS kept its Buy rating and raised the price target from $525 to $675. Citigroup also maintained Buy, lifting its target from $600 to $636.
Big catch on the 10-K fine print. Off-balance-sheet commitments jumping from $196B to $329B in a single quarter really shows how aggressively $Microsoft(MSFT)$ is locking in a power and compute moat. The trade-off is higher hurdle rates on Azure AI margins once those payments start kicking in.
$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$ With the market getting ugly, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to push below the 200-day SMA and trigger some stop losses. How far they can take it, who knows, but I'd definitely be a buyer at that level for a swing trade. Then we'll see how it plays out and decide what's next.
$Oracle(ORCL)$ will keep disappointing. I hear a lot of institutions say they like the company but not the debt. Many will stay out until it can produce enough revenue to offset the capex. At least with $NEBIUS(NBIS)$ the dip seems to get bought faster than other names in the sector. Hyperscalers in general are risky business. $Alphabet(GOOG)$ looks ready to break out. It looks prime and nobody is saying a word about it.
$Alphabet(GOOG)$ Google is expanding well beyond search now. That's just the reality of where things stand. It's a goliath, and it's quickly changing from the way it used to be.
$Alphabet(GOOG)$ $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ The months-long consolidation here is real. Let it keep digesting. The next leg up is a mathematical guarantee. It's coming whether we like it or not.
