$Micron Technology(MU)$ Treasury is doubling their buybacks to bring treasury rates down. The rising yields were what spooked investors recently. Now the president is live meeting with tech leaders and they're talking about winning the AI race. Micron is THE USA memory producer. The administration is pro Micron and their policies will lean positive for the stock. They also recently stated they are against allowing China's memory to degrade Micron's market share.
$Micron Technology(MU)$ Not a fan of days like this. But I guess it'll make that $2K feel a bit sweeter. I like Cramer, but his recommendations really do seem cursed.
$Micron Technology(MU)$ The U.S. government is pushing Apple to stop sourcing memory chips from China. Feels like this could be a pretty direct tailwind for Micron.
$Micron Technology(MU)$ Right at the 50-day moving average, the key thing is whether it can close above that level rather than seeing a derisking move by the end of the session. IV expansion in the options market is likely as we move toward earnings. The $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ investor event came across as quite bullish when looking out to FY27, with a tighter market backdrop. Both names are attempting to break out here. Continuation is what matters. We are close to what could be the next rally.
$Micron Technology(MU)$ I'm not backing away from Micron. I'd rather crash and burn than sell. About two-thirds of my new car fund is in this at around $90, and I'm looking to exit at 1.5x to 2x within a year from now.
$SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ I call $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ 's drop the "Switching Lanes In The Checkout Line" price action. Looks like some hedge fund needs cash to chase the AI move today, buying names like $SpaceX(SPCX)$ , $Micron Technology(MU)$ , or MSCI. They jump out and need liquidity, so as always, those become buying opportunities. Impatience from the Wall Street fast money crowd can make you a lot of money if you're able to wait. Patience is a trading skill.
