The median has more than doubled in just 2 years and is up $150,000 (+75%) since January alone. Before 2024, it had never materially exceeded $150,000. $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ We're up 5% over the last 3 months. After that earnings cycle, only 5%? We should be up at least 10% after all those blowout earnings. There's a new phrase going around Wall Street right now: Irrational Pessimism. You're going to hear a lot about it, and I couldn't agree more. Investors right now are more worried than a Sicilian mob boss. Why? It's so ridiculous.
