$Alphabet(GOOG)$ GOOG reports earnings after the close. I'm bullish heading into the report: the company has beaten EPS estimates in 8 of its last 8 reports. Analysts expect EPS of $3.03. What are you watching for?
Is Google quietly becoming Big Pharma's new king? $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ Alphabet reports Q3 tomorrow. Analysts will watch cloud and the ~$200B capex budget. The bigger story sits inside DeepMind and Isomorphic Labs. Google doesn't need factories. It owns the models that design the molecules. AlphaFold mapped 200M+ proteins. AlphaGenome Atlas covers ~9B DNA variants. Isomorphic already has deals with $Eli Lilly(LLY)$ and Novartis worth up to $3B. A manufacturing partner like $Teva Pharmaceutical(TEVA)$ would complete the chain. Not priced yet. First clinical trials are the catalyst.
I've been holding $Alphabet(GOOG)$ , $Microsoft(MSFT)$ , and $ServiceNow(NOW)$ for a while now, with positions at 74.69, 151.13, and 79.60 respectively. Even if there's some pullback from swing traders or investors who bought at higher levels, I'm sticking with these three. I know what I own, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they perform.
