$Micron Technology(MU)$ $Lumentum(LITE)$  could get above $1,100 before the end of the week, with $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$  above $1,000 and $1,600 respectively. They still look cheap at these levels. $SK hynix(SKHY)$  reinforces that memory and neocloud are the right areas to focus on.

$Lumentum(LITE)$ It's been holding the 50 WMA plus trendline support pretty well so far this week. From here, the path back up through this price range looks fairly clear. Earnings are due on Nov. 5th after the market close.

$Coherent(COHR)$ Needham maintained a Buy rating on Coherent and cut its price target to $380. That still works out to roughly 70% upside. The average analyst price target is $396, which implies about 85% upside. Coherent has also been falling more on red days and rising less on green days compared with peers like $Lumentum(LITE)$  and AAOI. The gap is a bit odd, since Coherent is the only one of the three that is actually profitable. RSI is similar to AAOI, though still much more oversold than LITE.

Celestica put up a strong quarter, with revenue up 83%, networking up 23% from the prior quarter on hyperscale switch programs, and a first look at 2027 of $40 billion versus $21 billion this year. The sequence stands out though. $Lumentum(LITE)$  ran 9%, $Coherent(COHR)$  6%, and $AXT Inc(AXTI)$  8% during the day before the number even came out, while Celestica itself slid 5%. After hours it jumped about 10%, with $Celestica(CLS)$  finally catching up to its own suppliers. Investor Day is at 8 AM, so the question is whether there's real follow through in $Applie

$Lumentum(LITE)$ Up 10.6% to 836.16, bounced hard off 756.00 but still well below the 20-day at 949.50. Holding 800 puts 878.90 in play next; losing it would mean the bounce loses steam.

$Lumentum(LITE)$ Nice to see this catch a bid. Was a little worried about my average cost there for a bit. Now hoping for a continuation through midterms and earnings. 1200 perhaps? We'll see. Would help if 47 keeps his yap closed and doesn't ruffle anything further.

$Lumentum(LITE)$ Lumentum Holdings shares moved higher in early trading after StoneX initiated coverage on the photonics and optical components company with a buy rating and a $1,200 price target. The new coverage adds to what is already a largely positive view from Wall Street analysts, with Lumentum currently holding 22 buy ratings.

Options flow is showing selective bullish positioning, mostly concentrated in AI, tech, and earnings-related setups. $Lumentum(LITE)$  has $2.79M in repeated call buying expiring October 30. The weekly alignment looks strong, which makes it one of the clearer short-term bullish signals in the flow. $Seagate Technology PLC(STX)$  shows $4.69M in October 30 $630 calls. That's aggressive positioning ahead of October 27 earnings. $Accenture PLC(ACN)$  has $543K in call buying, just 2% OTM, with four aligned bullish trades over the past week. $Alphabet(GOOG)$  shows $451K in November calls at 3% OTM. $Lumentum(LITE)$ SK Hynix just announced a massive $12.1B dividend in the last hour. Guess there is huge demand for A.I. infrastructure after all.
