My Next Big AI Bet: $GOOG
The bull market is now in Year 4 of a potential 20-year cycle.
And the AI supercycle is only in Year 3 of a potential 15-year run. 🚀
That’s the bigger picture I’m focused on.
While Michael Burry is shorting $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ $iShares Semiconductor ETF(SOXX)$ $Micron Technology(MU)$ $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$, I’ve been adding back to several AI and infrastructure names during the recent weakness.
🐯 My July Adds
-
$NVDA at $190
-
$MU at $740
-
$ $Lumentum(LITE)$ at $630 — missed the bottom, but still wanted exposure
-
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ at $110
-
$S&P 500(.SPX)$ around $7748.5
The key point is that I’m positioning for the next phase of the AI cycle, rather than trying to call every short-term top.
And some of these names are already starting to move.
$MU has begun spiking today, after I highlighted the setup when it was around $740. The move has started, but I don't think the opportunity is necessarily gone. 📈
🎯 My NEXT Big Play: $Alphabet(GOOG)$
This is the name I’m watching most closely.
If $GOOG pulls back below $320, I would be interested in adding it back.
Meanwhile, $Microsoft(MSFT)$ has already pushed above $500 and could be heading toward $600+, while $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ continues to trade near all-time highs.
The broader thesis remains simple:
The AI supercycle is still young.
There will be corrections, volatility and plenty of skepticism along the way. But if this really is a multi-year infrastructure and computing cycle, the biggest opportunities may come from identifying the next leaders before the market fully prices in the next phase of growth. 🚀
$GOOG is the next one on my watchlist.
