$PLTR 20261120 180.0 CALL$  🐶 Why Selling a Protective Covered Call on PLTR Is Important Selling a covered call is one of my favourite ways to manage risk while holding shares of a company I believe in. For my PLTR position, I am selling the 20 November 2026 $180 CALL. My objective is not simply to collect option premiums, but also to create an additional income stream while managing my existing shares. 💰 1️⃣ Generate Extra Income By selling covered calls, I receive premiums upfront. This allows me to earn additional income while waiting for PLTR to move higher. Even if the share price trades sideways, I can still benefit from the premium collected. 🛡️ 2️⃣ Provide Some Downside Protection The premium received helps reduc

With Treasury yields, oil prices and interest rate expectations keeping markets uncertain this week, investors should carefully consider their investment strategies. Market conditions can change quickly, so it is important to balance risk and opportunity rather than focus on short-term gains. Personally, I believe investors should focus on diversification and choose investments that match their financial goals and risk tolerance. For example, bank stocks may benefit from higher interest rates because they can earn more from lending activities. However, higher borrowing costs may also affect businesses and consumers. Meanwhile, technology and growth stocks may face pressure when Treasury yields rise because investors become more cautious about future earnings. Just like investing, choos

GICS Sector and Risk Classification My two holdings are KWEB and STI Banks. 1. KWEB (China Internet ETF) – Mainly exposed to Communication Services and Consumer Discretionary. It is considered risk-on because its performance depends on economic growth, consumer spending, technology development and investor confidence. 2. STI Banks (DBS, OCBC and UOB) – Classified under the Financials sector. They are relatively more defensive and can be considered risk-off, although bank stocks still face market and economic risks. Largest Position: KWEB * Tailwind: China’s economic recovery and government support for technology companies could improve consumer confidence, online spending and internet business growth. * Headwind: Weak consumer demand, US-China trade tensions and regulatory uncer

🐱 Market Sentiment: Politics, Technology and Stock Market Volatility I find these articles interesting because they highlight how different factors can influence the stock market. Apple’s share price falling despite its earnings report reminds me that good results do not always mean a rising stock price. Investors are also watching political developments ahead of the US midterm elections, while uncertainty surrounding AI investments could create further volatility in technology stocks. My takeaway is that I should not simply follow headlines or chase market rallies. I prefer to watch valuations, earnings, market sentiment and opportunities to accumulate quality stocks during corrections. @WallStreet_Tiger
